Standard Shipping and Processing

Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase, delivering them to you and covering related overhead. Most purchases are shipped from our warehouse to arrive within five busines days from receipt of your order. If there is a delay, we will notify you by email or phone. Some items ordered together may not arrive at the same time or in the same box. The below charges are for heh contiguous US states only. Shipments to Canada, Hawaii or other US territories, APO, FPO, please call Customer Service at 1-800-872-6456.

Our Shipping and Handling charges shown above are for shipping product to your door only! Should you want to cancel your order when
it is in route there will be added expenses including but not limited to a 15% restocking fee, our actual shipping costs both to your home
and also back to Nilo, if necessary. This could be very costly so please make sure what you are ordering to avoid these expensive issues.
If you want to cancel your order, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY BY BOTH EMAIL AND PHONE ASAP! We ship same day 95%
of the time...your order more than likely will ship out by about 3:00 PM the day we receive the order! Do not rely on us calling/emailing you
back in time to avoid this issue...please try to call us several times if necessary so we can help eliminate and/or reduce unnecessary costs.

Note, freight is expensive, as are mistakes! Please make sure you are ordering the
right product, the right color, etc. Make sure you will be home during the time of
delivery and/or leave a note with UPS where to leave the product so it won't come
back to us and incur freight cost to you . Please call us AND email us immediately if
you need to change your order!

Should you want to expedite your order, next day, 2nd or 3rd day UPS please contact us.
There will be an additional cost for this. We will let you know the cost to upgrade and
then you can decide if you want to or not. Thank you!
